Games and Gameplay

RTP stands for "Return to Player" — the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over the long term. A higher RTP means the game returns a comparatively greater share, but this is not a guarantee for any individual session. All slots at 499com ensure fair play.
Absolutely. 499com is a mobile-friendly platform that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS devices through a browser. There is no need to download a separate app; all games, betting, and payment features are accessible directly from the browser.
In live casino, real dealers run the games via video streaming. You can play roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and live show games at tables from well-known providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. A good internet connection gives you the best experience.
499com's standard sports betting rules apply to T20 World Cup matches. If a match is abandoned due to rain or other reasons, the result is determined according to the DLS method used in international cricket. If the minimum number of overs set before the match starts is not completed, bets may be voided. See our terms and conditions page for detailed rules.
Bonuses and Promotions
After opening a new account, you receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you an additional ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.
A 25x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to complete ৳25,000 in bets. Once the requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. The wagering contribution may vary by game.

Bonuses can be used on most slots and casino games, but some games or game categories may contribute less towards bonus wagering. Specific conditions may apply to using bonuses on sports betting. Read the terms and conditions for details or ask via live chat.
